Reduced-mobility passengers

Passengers with reduced mobility include individuals with disabilities or reduced mobility due to health conditions, age, or other factors. They are entitled to free assistance services while passing through the airport.

General rule when using assistance services:

  • Assistance must be requested at least 48 hours before departure through the airline or the travel agency where the ticket was purchased;
  • Upon arrival at the airport, reduced-mobility passengers should proceed to the designated assistance contact point, typically located at the entrance to the Departures terminal or at another easily accessible location in the terminal;
  • Using the dedicated phone or call button, the passenger should notify the assistance centre of their arrival;
  • A member of staff will meet the passenger and provide assistance throughout all necessary procedures, from check-in to boarding the aircraft.
