Instructions for Entering and Exiting the Parking Lot

Entry:

  • Upon arrival at the parking lot, the system will automatically read your vehicle’s license plate (LP) and issue a ticket.
  • Once the ticket is taken from the dispenser, the barrier will open.

In case of issues:

  • If the license plate is not recognized or not listed in the reservation, please use your assigned QR code.
  • After scanning the QR code and successful verification, the system will issue a ticket.
  • Important: The QR code can be used only once – it becomes invalid after use.
  • The QR code can be used in printed form or displayed on a mobile device (e.g., smartphone, tablet). Make sure the screen brightness is set to maximum for optimal scanning.

Exit:

  • To exit the parking lot, use the ticket received upon entry. Keep it in a dry place and away from smart devices (e.g., smartphone, vehicle's wireless charging pad), as these may affect its functionality.
  • Please respect the reserved entry and exit times. If these are exceeded, the system will require payment of the difference.
  • Each reservation is valid for one entry and one exit only – it cannot be reused.

In case of problems:

  • If you experience any issues with the parking system or are asked to pay again despite having already paid through the reservation system, please contact the parking operator:
    • Via the “I” button on the parking device

    • In person: At the main cashier desk located at the exit of parking lot P2

The operator is available 24/7 and will assist you in resolving any issues with the parking system.
