Assistance services
Passengers with reduced mobility are entitled to free assistance when at the airport, in accordance with Regulation No. 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and Council. Passengers must request assistance at least 48 hours before their scheduled departure, either from the airline or the travel agent through whom they booked the flight.
All Bratislava Airport terminals are wheelchair accessible, and passengers with reduced mobility or disabilities may be dropped off directly in front of the terminal building upon presenting their disability badge. The assistance contact point is located at the entrance to the Departures terminal and is clearly signposted with a pictogram.
Immobile passengers are provided with assistance throughout the airport by trained staff of the airlines’ handling partners, one of which is Airport Bratislava itself.

General rules for special assistance:
- the passenger is required to request assistance at least 48 hours prior to the planned departure from their airline or travel agent.
- upon arrival at the airport, the passenger should proceed to the designated assistance contact point, which is situated right at the main entrance to the Departures hall.
- the passenger notifies the assistance service of their arrival.
- a designated staff member will meet the passenger and assist them with all airport procedures up to boarding the aircraft.
