Out-of-Office Hours Coverage

Outside the standard office hours of the Slot Coordination Office (evenings, weekends, public holidays), services are provided by the Operations Control Centre.

Please note – the Out-of-Office Hours service is only limited to short-term ad-hoc schedule changes and new requests. All other requests will be processed during standard office hours.
