Application for Issuing a VISITOR Pass
The applicant shall demonstrably send the application to the email address: [email protected]
The application must be sent at least 3 working days in advance.
The application must include:
- name of the applicant/company,
- date and time of entry, area/space (BTS zone) where the applicant/person requests access,
- entrance/gate,
- number of persons entering,
- reason for entry,
- list of prohibited items that the applicant needs to use in the SRA,
- information on whether the BTS user will provide escorting with their own employees, or whether they request this service to be provided by BTS employees for a fee according to the valid BTS price list.
In the case of entry by motor vehicle or mobile equipment, the applicant shall also provide:
- vehicle registration number, category and type designation of the motor vehicle,
- maximum height of the equipment/device (vertical reach),
- areas where the equipment will be used,
- estimated duration of the activity.
The entry permit is approved by the Security Director or an authorised person by email. The approval will be sent to the applicant’s email address from which the application was submitted, within three working days from the date of demonstrable delivery of a duly submitted application.
The escorting person must present the entry approval — a printed email — when entering the SRA.

Use of alternative transportation to the Airport
There is a public transport bus to M. R. Štefánik Airport no. 61 in the direction from the main railway station.
