Mykonos

Flights from Bratislava

You can fly from Bratislava to Mykonos with direct Wizz Air flights to Mykonos International Airport, with the airport code JMK. The direct air connection between Bratislava and Mykonos operates during the summer season 2 times a week. The flight from Bratislava to Mykonos takes approximately 2 hours and 20 to 30 minutes.

Transport from the airport

  • Bus – Mykonos International Airport is located approximately 4 km from the centre of Mykonos Town, also known as Chora. Public buses operate between the airport and Mykonos Town, with the bus stop located in front of the terminal in the arrivals area. From the town, you can continue by other buses to the island’s main beaches and resorts.
  • Taxi / private transport – taxi is the fastest way to travel from the airport to the town. The journey to the centre of Mykonos takes approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. During the high season, it is advisable to expect higher demand for taxi services and, if necessary, book a transfer in advance.
  • Transfer / shuttle – you can also use a pre-booked private or hotel transfer directly to your accommodation. This option is practical especially when arriving later, travelling with larger luggage or heading to more distant parts of the island.
  • Car or scooter rental – a car, scooter or quad bike is a practical option if you want to explore beaches, viewpoints and less accessible parts of the island during your stay. Rental offices are available directly at the airport and in the town.
