Malaga

Flights from Bratislava

The Spanish city of Malaga is within easy reach from Bratislava thanks to Wizz Air and Ryanair. You can reach Malaga Airport in just under three and a half hours by plane.

Transport from the airport to the city

• Train – from Malaga Airport, the RENFE Cercanías suburban train line C1 connects the airport with the centre of Malaga as well as resorts along the Costa del Sol. The journey to the city centre takes approximately 12 minutes and the ticket price is around €1.80.
• Bus – bus services also operate from the airport to the centre of Malaga and other towns in the region. The bus journey to the historic centre takes approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
• Taxi / Uber – convenient transport from the airport to the centre of Malaga takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Taxi fares usually range from around €20 to €35, depending on the time, tariff and final destination.
• Car rental – a practical option if you plan trips along the Costa del Sol, into inland Andalusia or to cities such as Granada, Córdoba or Seville.
