Košice is the second-largest city in Slovakia and the natural centre of eastern Slovakia. Flights from Bratislava
From M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, you can fly directly to Košice on a domestic route operated by Wizz Air. The airline operates up to 13 flights per week on the Bratislava – Košice route. Transport from the airport to the city centre
Košice International Airport (KSC) is located approximately 6 km from the city centre and offers easy connections:
- Bus, line 23 – a regular connection between the airport and the city centre; the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.
- Taxi or rideshare services – a convenient transfer to the centre takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Car rental – suitable for exploring the wider region of eastern Slovakia.
