Transport from the airport
- Trolleybus / bus – Chișinău Eugen Doga International Airport is located approximately 13 km from the city centre. The cheapest transport option is public transport, especially trolleybus line 30 or bus connections towards the centre of Chișinău. The journey to the centre takes approximately 35 minutes.
- Taxi / apps – taxis and transport apps are a convenient option for travelling directly to your hotel or the city centre. The journey from the airport to central Chișinău takes approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic. When using a taxi, it is recommended to use an official taxi stand or an app with the price shown in advance.
- Transfer / shuttle – you can also use a pre-booked private transfer directly to your hotel. This option is practical especially for late arrivals, larger luggage or travelling in a larger group.
- Car rental – you can rent a car directly at the airport. This is a suitable option if you plan trips outside Chișinău, for example to the Cricova and Mileștii Mici wineries, Orheiul Vechi Monastery or other parts of Moldova.
