Vikings occupied Bratislava airport!
28. 03. 2012 - Sexi Viking warriors with a dragon drink seduced the passengers flying to Oslo today at Bratislava airport. The airport organized an eye-catching event at an occasion of opening historically the first connection from/to the half-million capital of Norway.
The aircraft of the Norwegian carrier Norwegian Air Shuttle landed today shortly before 1 PM at Bratislava airport making its historically first flight of Norwegian low-cost airline from Oslo to Bratislava, which took 2 hours and 20 minutes. Bratislava airport prepared warm welcome today for Norwegian Boeing 737-300 with some hundred passengers on board, while providing water cannon salute and beautiful girls dressed in traditional Slovak folk costumes, this time matching Norwegian tradition – wearing a Viking helmet. They were offering bread with salt (traditional Slavic tradition) and a glass of Slovak traditional liquor Demänovka to all disembarking passengers. Each guest carried away a map of Bratislava for a quick and easy orientation in the Slovak capital as a present as well.
While the aircraft landed, an action Nordic atmosphere was prevailing in the departure terminal. Faces of the airport guests were decorated by Norwegian flags and wild female Viking warriors tempted the passengers by a hot dragon drinks inspiring them to travel to Oslo. The Norwegian ambassador, her Excellency Ms Trine Skymoen opened the historically first connection by cutting the ribbon.
